Time to get off my ass, go to my computer, get back on my ass and write this critique.

It's a nice piece overall, you have the detail down, the composition down but it feels like it's missing something. I think it's just me though, I'm not a fan of portraits really, half the time I see a forced smile, an empty expression, or something very generic so I always get biased when it comes to these...

I guess I'm just looking for symbolism, theme, some hidden message but since there isn't one I feel kind of I guess...
